Lemon HoneYumm® Stir-fry

400g diced chicken
2 teaspoons of Massel chicken stock powder
1 small red onion sliced
1 carrot sliced
1/3 red capsicum sliced
1 1/2 cups broccoli (cut into small pieces)
1 1/2 cups cauliflower (cut into small pieces)
1/2 can drained baby corn spears (cut into 3rds)
1/2 zucchini (sliced or chunks)
Lemon HoneYumm®
Place diced chicken pieces into a freezer bag with 2 teaspoons of Massel chicken stock powder, close bag tightly and shake to coat the chicken evenly.
In a frying pan or wok cook onion until translucent with a little olive oil. Add chicken and cook until chicken is completely cooked then remove and set aside.
Add a little more olive oil and stir-fry the vegetables until cooked.
Add chicken and onion back into the pan, mix together.
Serve over noodles or rice.
Gently warm Lemon HoneYumm® in the microwave for 10 second intervals until runny, pour 1-2 teaspoons over stir-fry and noodles to taste then serve.
