HoneYumm® Pancakes

Ingredients:


Pancakes

2 cups SR flour

2 eggs

1 Tablespoon sugar

Pinch of salt

1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

Milk


Toppings

Fruit (your choice)

HoneYumm® Flavour (your choice, we used Blueberry HoneYumm®)

Cream (optional)

Add all ingredients (except the milk) together in a large mixing bowel.

Add approximately 1/2 cup of milk then mix with electric mixer until mixture is smooth (no lumps). Keep adding small amounts of milk until you reach desired consistency. You want the mixture to remain thickened whilst being able to run off the spoon easily. If you want to make crepes then add more milk to thin mixture to a runnier consistency.


Preheat pan and grease with a little butter or oil (butter does give it a better flavour).

Using a soup ladle place mixture in pan spacing out the pancakes so they don't touch each other (depending on the size of the pan you may be able to make 3-4 pancakes at at time). When you see bubbles come to the surface, check the underside is golden using an egg flip then turn them over. Remove from pan once both sides are golden brown.


Add your favourite fruit and your favourite HoneYumm® Flavour, maybe also some cream, or if you are feeling naughty, just HoneYumm® and cream.
